Just read a post of yours from late '07 about a cholesterol checker. Could you give me some info on this so I might be able to find one? Last test my HDL was 20, LDL was 43, Trigs were in the low 100's. I'm a couch potato because of the weather and I don't follow a diet. So I can assume my HDL is now near the single digits and the LDL is probably up in the 50's-60's now. I have a blood draw in a week but it would be nice to be able to check it my self every now and then.
