Just a quick note to say hi! I read your advice I found it very helpful I am 51 and just had an MRI
They found a protruding disk at t12 and L1 vertibrae and a hemangioma at the L 4 vertibre ,
I already had nerve damage to the lumbar region
Of my back and my pain has tripled thanks to you
I intend to get help controlling or at least dulling it
to a tolerable level thanks for your comment . ***@****

You have great advice thanks so much! You know i have tried water walking and that is probably the one thing that has helped but everything else i have done was pretty bad, i use to walk 4 miles a day and i really miss that. Fairylady do you know of any descent attorney that would take my case.
