Hi - I read one of your posts and you sound better - are ya? Feeling more comfy alone yet? I have been doing good - I went to Florida for a week and just got home. While there I had a panic attack - it had been months since I had one afterwords I felt anxious for a couple days but it got better. Traveling can be a little challenging but I still had a great time. I get anxious at bed time, you know when everyone else is sleeping and I am just laying there, it's a lonely icky feeling but I got through it. It helped me to remember why I am here and that's OK. Hope to talk with ya soon, Erin
