About Me: Male, 73, slc, UT, member since Apr 2008
I like golf, traveling, family (best of all).
I have two dachunds who go camping and everything else with me.
[More] I like using the back door when everyone else goes through the front.
I like driving in the country and desert or wherever.
I like riding bikes and camping.
I've survived 115 degrees in the desert no water for six days, escape was a miracle.
Reducing your anxiety is important too because sometimes, under stress, people will contract their pelvic floor without knowing it, eventually leading to dysfunction. It's like how a dog will pull its tail in between its legs when scared, it's the same reflex. The doctors will usually recommend getting CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) for this condition as well. I used NLP instead of CBT because they are basically the same therapy but with CBT you have to go to a therapist, whereas with NLP its possible to buy a book on it and do it yourself at home.
This page has the specific yoga routine that gave me immediate relief:
I had to look up how to do most of the poses, even though I do a fair amount of yoga, many of them I hadn't heard of before.
Also check out this CD of the Feldenkrais method for the pelvic floor:
It's incredibly effective, I highly recommend it. I found out that most penis enlargement programs include pelvic floor exercises as their main method - it's that important. I don't understand how the pelvic floor muscles can be connected to the penis in such a way as to cause such disturbing amounts of shrinkage. All I know is that doing these exercises has made a profound difference for me.
I figured out what was going on with me. My penis shrinkage was due to a severe pelvic floor muscle spasm, related to stress and anxiety. It's called pelvic floor dysfunction. I've found relief through doing specific yoga poses, the Feldenkrais method of bodywork, and stress relief using the psychological techniques of NLP (neuro-linguistic programming). I'd say I'm nearly completely recovered from this, all from therapies I could do at home on my own time. I'm still waiting to get acupuncture. If you think maybe this is what you have, I can give you more specific details if you'd like.
