Hi, I was just browsing the forums, looking for a Christian one actually, and I saw your post dated March 2008. Just be patient and don't give up. Eat right, exercise lightly if you can. Try and follow a high protein (Eggs, chicken breast, salad, grapefruit) diet for at least 30 days. Let me know if I can help. You can read my blogs and it tells exactly what I did in the beginning, that might help you.
