I recently suffered a heart attack while skiing in Switzerland (Sunday Feb 3rd 2013) and was diagnosed with Artherosclorosis requiring a triple heart bypass (stenting not posssible) I'm currently considering if and when to have the operation under the UK national heal
[More]th. I have tried statins several years ago to reduce Cholesterol and besides having little effect on the Cholesterol level the side effects were bad and included muscle weakness and ED. The muscle weakness can include the heart its self. I'm now going to try Vitaminn B3 (nicotinic acid 500mg) as this works by boosting the HDL Cholestrol.and a few well chossen supliments (CoQ10 ;Vitamin D3; Crill oil for Omega 3)
