went away for a few days and couldnt use the app now bk using it, but cause i have a few blank days its telling me i ony have 130 cal s a day to live on?

I have recently put on a lot of weight and now believe I have a eating disording I believe I'm addicted to food and have started a healthy eating plan today. I'm hoping to meet some people that are trying to loose weight also and share tips etc.

well after a week of not eating everything in site i stepped on the scales and have lost a pound. think it would have been more if i hadn't caved in at the pizza yesterday! still i'm happy ive lost weight and not put it on. :-) roll on week 2
