Hi pal i hope ya well, sorry i've not stayed in touch, i've had a very rough year through one thing or another. Am feeling very good now and stronger than ever and am starting to rebuild my life and am also trying to help others in my local community. I'm still on the meth and down to 30 and coming off 2-3ml every 6weeks. I started to struggle at 35 and stayed at that dose for a long time. My doctor gave me something for pain which is not addictive and is very effective, i've been taking it now for around 6months, so comming off the meth is a little easier and am hardly noticing any withdrawal symptoms. Good to hear your off meth, i hope your doing well. I should be around from now on am back on internet, be good to catch up. Lots has happened to me in past year, be good to share.

hey, how are you going? all ok? so you've gotten over the 4 week point now? that's great! relapses..... i guess they happen, don't beat up on yourself about it. im 23 days now. could be better but shouldn't complain! ok, have a great day/night/whatever it is over there in that part of world, and keep trucking on! it'll end. x

Hi again, just wondering about your methadone habit. how much and for how long, and how are your WDs going now? today is day 31 for me and i feel a bit better, but i notice it comes in waves and some days are better than others. just curious, Kova
