Just a quick note to say hi! Glad to be your friend David. I've just ran 25 km. longest run so far this year. I'm taking part in an event in Holland in about a month's time. If you look up details www.4Daagse/nl you'll see what kind of thing it is. Maybe it will persuade you to take part in the future? It's the best thing I've taken part in & I've done lots of others. Somehow you may learn to control your anxiety/depression etc. For me it was a very long process, but it was worth the effort. Now I'm content. My wife's got Parkinson's Disease, which is a curse, but between us we cope quite well. I admire/respect her courage ~ she doesn't complain. Here's all you need ~ Friends, at your age girls are the most fun! Plenty of distractions, motivation to get well & enjoy life. Best wishes,
