My last fusion surgery was 10/16/2007 from T-11 to L-3. Previous hx of fuson surgery L3-S1. Two cervical spine fusions, last one with instrumentation. Bilateral carpal tunnel release, right knee arthroscopy. T1-T2 dystrophic bone mass removed. Left TMJ arthroplasty

Diagnosed with a goiter/hypothyroid in the third grade.
Occupations: Worked as a medical assistant 16 years. Basic X-ray Machine operator since 1992 (haven't done x-rays in probably 7 years though), Worked in a hospital business office for 2 1/2 years as medical insurance collections, last job worked 3 years processing workers' compensation medical bills UB 92 and HCFA 1500. Now unemployed since last spinal surgery of October 2007.

hello nice to meet you,
um well i have had some huge changs recently. i have been in education since i have left school and have just completed a degree in art. i finished uni ready to start work and found out i am being made redundent from what was going to be my full time job to start getting some money together. i have been so stressed and that is wen these thoughts came on. i dnt know why they are there and sometime they are really strong. i was thinking it may be sevear anxiety maybe. i dnt like it and i am waiting to see a couceller. it scares me. im glad i can talk to people about this. i dnt know what id do if i couldnt. thank you.
