Hope your keeping on track with the weight loss / size reduction. My weight is getting down gradually and my blood glucose seems to be back under control. I'm staying off the carbs mainly and filling the plate with green leaves so my eyes are telling me one thing whilst my belly is not getting filled with a lot of starch or sugar. Keep up the good work. Mike

No problems Its taken me a while to lose about 5 kg (10lbs) and my weight goes up and down like a yoyo depending on how much liquid I'm holding on to. Finally my weight is reducing slowly can't exercise much other than walking and getting up and down stairs because of the blocked arteries that caused my heart attack in February. But I can still get up and down the Swiss alps on my Honda.
