"My sister lives in Washington state where Lyme disease is not very well understood. Her health insurance is refusing to pay for her medicine. Does anyone have any ideas on how she can get help to cover her medicine?"
Hi, I added you because I saw the post you wrote about your sister needing some financial assistance. If you don't mind me asking how much is she having to pay per month for her medications? I work with Ameriplan USA and we have a Prescription Advocacy Program that might be a huge help to her. If she's spending over $90 a month she probably qualifies. All she would have to pay is $82 a month and she gets all her prescriptions at no additional cost (maintenance prescriptions). You can read more about it at my website: http://www.mybenefitsplus.com/46051629. When the page comes up scroll down a little bit and on the left there's a link, you'll see it. Just let me know if I can help!
Have a good evening,
