About Me: Female, 41, Bethlehem, GA, member since Aug 2008
When i was 19 I discovered I had ovarian cancer. Doctor fed me all kinds of pain medication. You name it I took it. Luckily the cancer went away after a full hysterectomy. And then the doctor decided to just stop giving me any kind of pain meds. I asked him about being
[More] addicted and he said nothing. Coming off the pills was PURE HELL and I swore that I would never touch then again. And I didn't..not for almost 6 years. Being stupid and listening to friends who had massive amounts of codein and ultrams, I started on the Ultrams again. I convinced myself that they were fine, not addictive, non-narcotic. But I was wrong..so here we go again... I'm on 20 hours of not taking an ultram and I feel like **&&^&*^*&^ you know the word! Wish me luck!!
Thank you but why do I NEED A BIG HUG? I do like it however. I messed up over morphine big time but I still take it and hve it under control. Mostly. I do slip but discovered I am not addicted and had no withdrawl symptoms at all. IT is a BAD with me I will confess. But it makes me feel normal not high. Well a little high, lol.
