Hi, Read your posts on ARB therapy, I have been diagnosed with dilated aortic root of 4.3cm with mild regurgitation and ascending aorta of 4.2cm. On telmisartan, but it seems to work strangely on me as it either has no effect or raises my blood pressure slightly. Also taking metrprolol at the same time. What would you recommend I do ? Thanks
