Hi Jenn ...I started getting mine when I was in my 20's too....I'm now 62 and still alive. I went to drs for years thinking that I couldn't live like this. They would go away ...and it was heaven ...and then they would come back. It didn't matter if I was stressed or not. Right now they are gone again. I do find that drinking orange juice, taking a vitamin pill and getting more sleep will help. Try it. I also heard fish oils help too ..haven't tried those. Your dr is right, listen to him, if he says your ok ..you are. Message me if u ever want to talk....I feel I should write a book on them since I had them so long !! :)
