Upper arm legion appears to be minimizing. Still there. The bottom one has gotten significantly worse as seen in the new pictures. There is also a third dot next to the lower arm bump. It almost has a scab like thing ..."

"Anything else on this? I will try the antibiotic cream soon. Any idea of the ideal stuff to use? The one by my elbow seems to have gotten better, however the lower one still has a scab."
