I am an educated female that hid my drug addiction for many years. I was successful and able to function without anyone taking notice. However, it always catches up with you. I have tried to turn my life around. I have also realized that we make our loved ones "sick
[More]" because they are always trying to "fix" us. This is a vicious cycle that can destroy. It has been shown that many people become addicted because they are depressed and our drug of choice makes us feel "normal".
