Hi. Its been awhile since I had been on here. I understand what you & your wife are going through. Ive been to countless dr.s, and yes they want to operate but I dont want it. Have you & your wife found anyone to help you w/the SMAS? You can email me at ***@****. I know personally Im embarrassed to go anywhere now since my stomach is distended so much. I begged my pcp to put me on remeron, to aid in sleeping, but it has the correct chemical mkeup to help gin wt. Im back up tp 110 now...I was 82. I understand the pain, the agony superior mesenteric artery syndrome puts you through. I hope all is well, Im just hoping your wife feels better! Sincerely, JJ
