I started yoga a couple of months ago and it is really enjoyable. The swimming ..... needs some work (lol)

You're welcome!! I'm so glad I could help. More good news for us MVP/MR folks....I just had the opportunity to "test" my heart AND my courage again. I went to the top of a mountain which is part of the French Alps!! No problems despite MVP and moderate mitral regurgitation : )
