ADD/ADHD?

Ever since I was little I've always had to have my feet or hands moving at all times(still do). I'm always distracted by every little thing and I can't never focus on hardly anything. And I always blurt out random things or speak when I'm always hyper-ish.

   Interesting, recently have seen studies that show how "fidgeting"  helps people with ADHD concentrate.  Don't know if it applies here.  But here is a link to symptoms of adult ADHD.
