ADHD and bipolarity

Lately i have no patience, bored, less concentration, restless so i assume it smells ADD. I have a simple question i had mania before so dx Bipolar. I read they overlap or it's confused for ADD.

My question (one question only): if one has ADHD ONLY can one turn manic under an antidepressant

I've asked this same question on the BP forum. It's my understanding that if you are inspired to go manic you are bipolar no matter what the gasoline was. I was diagnosed ADD and seriously depressed untill a heavy dose of Effexor made feel floaty and fun! First time I ever felt that way  but still it meant I was bipolar. I don't know if this helps. One thing to remember is ADHD is consistant but bipolar is not.
