3 neg drug screens for med check

My son has been on concerta 72ml for yrs. My Dr started drug testing to make sure it is in his system. I make sure he takes it every morning I check mouth and tongue. He has had 3 test in 3 weeks and all 3 come back neg. Any help as to why they are coming back negative is greatly appreciated. I am at the end of my ropes. And he needs his meds to get thru school. Please help!!!!!!

Do you check near the gums on the outside of the teeth near the back? It could be possible he is putting it there

How old is your son?  I assume the doc is using the urine test and not the hair test?   You could always switch to the patch or change to a med like Focalin XR which could be sprinkled on food.
