Dexamphetamine and Temazepam

Hello,

I use Dexamphetamine (5mg) 3 times a day for my ADHD, normally I take around 2mg of Melatonine just before I go to sleep. But I've run out of Melatonine this weekend, so I'm not able to get new ones before Monday.

I'm have a hard time to get to sleep now without the Melatonine, I found some Temazepam 10mg Tablets but I dont know if I can take them without any trouble cause of the Dexamphetamine.

Can I take Temazepam 10mg when I took my last Dexamphetamine at 6:00PM today? I normally go to sleep around 0:30AM so that when I will take the Temazepam, will it bring any problems or can I just take it?

  Good point.  Dex has a life of 4 to 5 hours.  You should be able to fine tune the effects.  Talk with your Doc.  Something like Ritalin has a shorter life and that might work better for you.

If it were I, I might try eliminating the last dose of dexamphetamine. That is, if I could not get to the drugstore and buy more melatonin.

   melatonin is an over the counter product, you should be able to get some from any drug store.  It would be much safer to go that route.
