Help! Need Adderall advice

Hi I posted on here before and got great answers so I'm back again. I've had ADHD since 14 but only took meds for a few year before I decided to try things on my own. Now at 26 I'm working full time, going school and being a single parent. Needing help to focus and with depression I went to see a pyschologist( I have medi-cal so theres only one available) He put me on 10mg Adderall three times a day ( he said 4 but I made the decision to only do three). Been doing ok on it despite constant dry mouth and some weight loss. Well I just talked to him again and told him I liked it but felt it hard to focus again. He then suggested starting 20 mg three times a day! Am I crazy or is that way to much? I'm thinking of doing 15 in the morning then 10 the other two times. Any advice? Oh yeah I was 20 mg of prozac but now he wants me to do 25mg of seroquel and 10mg of prozac. I don't want to be addicated or overdose. Any advide would be great.

Thanks for the reply, I know 10 mg is a minor dose but to me 20 mg 3 times a day seems kind of excessive after only a week on it. I am worried about becoming tolerant to it because it does work great.

been there. Still dealing with becoming "tolerant" to add meds. Adderall worked for me (as high as 90mgs/day) then stopped. I could literally fall asleep after taking it. 10mgs is pretty minor dose.
