ADHD does not tend to suddenly start up or get worse. Although, it might make some things worse because typically it can cause lack of sleep and anxiety/depression. I think it is much more likely that you some something like SAD or Seasonal Affective Disorder. "In most cases, seasonal affective disorder symptoms appear during late fall or early winter and go away during the sunnier days of spring and summer.
symptoms of major depression may be part of SAD, such as:
Feeling depressed most of the day, nearly every day
Feeling hopeless or worthless
Having low energy
Losing interest in activities you once enjoyed
Having problems with sleeping
Experiencing changes in your appetite or weight
Feeling sluggish or agitated
Having difficulty concentrating
Having frequent thoughts of death or suicide"

The link above tells how to combat it. And it is something that you can easily google for more info. There are special types of lights that you can buy that will make a huge difference.
Of course, if you have recently started any new medications or increased the dose of any present medications - that also will cause similar symptoms. If you are on any meds, let me know and I will check for side effects.
Hope this helps. I can tell that you are very worried as well you should be. If I can provide any more info - feel free to ask. Hope this will make it a more Happy New Year for you!!!
I never thought of that.I will talk my doctor immediately.Maybe this is happening due to improper dosage.I will look into ot and update you sir.Thank you for your invaluable advice.
Wish you a happy new year!
Ok, I also just read your post on the other forum where you mentioned the medication you are on. You should have mentioned that here too. Any medication knowledge is always important to know.
You are on the lowest possible dose of the med. Talk to your doc. Your med may need to be increased.
