Well hello there my name is mellisa and i'm 24 and i have two boys the 2 and 3 anyway my oldest boy just stared pre-school and today i went and picked him up and the teacher said he was bad again thats the second time they have said that and he is no better at home he dos not do waht he is told and we have tried evething well i seem to think so but some times i dont even want to take him out because he can be that bad when were out and the fits he takes it's like hes so mad at everthing and it makes use feel mad and bad all at the same time but we don't know what to do anymore and my god he's onyl 3! so the teacher was saying maybe he has add or adhd so if anyone give me any help that would great! thanks

I cant imagine he can be diagnosed with ADHD or ADD that young. I agree with margypops that the teacher was too fast to suggest ADHD.
where he is acting out at home is concerned... are you consistent with discipline? do you give in to him when you are in public so he doesn't make a big scene?  
try fish oil. the health store down the road from me has a fruit smoothy fish oil that doesn't taste fishy at all. he will only need one tablespoon a day. I cant remember the brand but if you want to know ill go there to find out if you want. let me know.

Sorry if this sounds very strong, but your child is bad 2 times (and you dont know the reason or what happened there) and the "Teacher" says he may have ADD and AHDD This is exactly the problem that is happening in huge proportions,he just started preschool, he misses his Mom he is scaried,,he is very small and he commits a sin and acts out and we dont even know what it was he did, this teacher is absolutly wrong to say to any parent their child may have these conditions which are consistantly misdiagnosed and the children are put on extremely strong mind altering Drugs.If you do some research you will find details regarding this matter, Breggin.com is one to read .
