My son just turned 10 and he was diagnosed with add/odd and his therapist has mentioned having him put on mood stabilizing medicine, so we tried him on respridal, along with his concerta, which that has helped him to focus more. The respidal made him more angry and he had more outbursts. Stopped that, but now at a loss as what to try. Any parents been through ODD with a child.....need help not enjoying him at all. And he seems to be depressed too lately!!

There is a good chance that the depression and ODD were brought on by years of dealing with his ADHD.  If so, they just won't magically disappear.  He has learned behavioral strategies for coping with the ADHD and he will need to learn new ones.
It is also very possible that the school system is not helping as much as they can.  They need to quickly be brought on board so that they are helping him, not causing problems for him.
There is also the chance that he is either getting too much med or not enough.  Did the doc start him on the low 18mg dose?
Here is a good link on depression and ADHD - http://www.additudemag.com/adhd/article/11041.html?utm_source=eletter&utm_medium=email&utm_campaign=November .
However, ignore the prozac stuff.  It is very bad to mix with stim meds.
Finally, there are things that you can do at home to make it better for him and you.   These two links should be helpful
