help me with my 3 yr old!!!!

I know normal 3 yr old behavior. My 3 yr old's behavior is not normal. He never stops moving. Never stops talking. he even talks in his sleep. That is when he sleeps. He only sleeps maximum of 4 hours a night. He usually wakes up at least 3 times during the night. He is up at full force at 6am on the dot, no matter what time he goes to bed. he can't talk to you without being really loud. He cannot sit still. He is always moving something, legs, hands, fingers..etc. He wets his pants because he doesn't stop running around long enough to go potty. He is always running, jumping, breaking things, tourturing his younger siblings. I  am at my wits end. We cannot go places because of his outrageous behavior. We rarely even go outside because he is uncontrollable. I have tried everything. Keep in mind, he is not an angry child. I mean he has his moments of anger and tantrums but what child doesn't? He is happy. He laughs all day. He is constantly telling us he loves us. I honestly believe he can't control himself. Often times he has cried and told me "mommy i wanna be good." He cries at night "mommy i can't rest" What do i do? I'm exhausted, my husband is exhausted, my other children are miserable, but most importantly HE IS EXHAUSTED. He tries to participate in activities, only to end up frustrated and angry because he cannot stop himself long enough to complete what he is doing. help us please

Pls see a naturopath and check him for any food intolerances. I am pretty sure he's eating somethin that makes him go hay wire. My son is like that too. He went berserk when I gave him almond milk. As soon as I changed his diet, I saw mAjor improvements. He's not yet 100% but hopefully we're getting there. All the best.

His pediatrician says he's just "bad". I know everyone is going to say get a different doctor. The thing is this is the only doctor who was able to get his asthma, eczema, and allergies under control.

I would see the major problem being lack of sleep. What is interfering with his sleep? Is it sleep apnea? My daughter suffered from this and, unfortunately, we did not discover the problem until she became an adult.

Have you taken him to the pediatrician to discuss these behaviors?  He could have ADHD but there are specific tests that need to be done in order to get a diagnosis.  You can check online for testing facilities.  A place that does diagnostic testing for a number of learning differences.  I'm not sure about the age and whether he is old enough so you should check that with your pediatrician.  I knew my son was "different" early on as well.  For example, he used to rock back and forth while he was playing instead of getting up to use the bathroom.  Then I would hear him tear through the house because he waited too long.   Now he is getting ready to start high school so do not think he will be this way forever.  Once you get a diagnosis, you can go from there.
