Ok thanks again my job only does random urine test so I should be in the clear I just always think of the worst outcome thanks for all ur information
Depends on how long after you took the concerta that the testing is done. According to this link, "Every half-inch of hair detects drug use for a period of 30 days. The typical hair screening test uses 1.5 inches of hair and approximately 90 to 120 strands of hair." From - http://www.truckingtruth.com/truckers-forum/Topic-971/Page-5/dot-drug-testing-urinalysis-or-hair-follicle
another good link is here - https://www.healthtap.com/topics/can-you-beat-a-hair-follicle-test.
So really sounds like it depends on when the hair test is taken. If it does get noticed, maybe you could say that you have taken a med from an old prescription and show them your new one.
Ok thanks for ur help I'm just confused I'm not taking any more concerta took two 27 mg and day a part just wondering if that amount will still show up in a hair analyst

Since the American Disability Act covers, "caring for oneself, performing manual tasks, seeing, hearing, eating, sleeping, walking, standing, lifting, bending, speaking, breathing, learning, reading, concentrating, thinking, communicating, and working" as well as the operation of several specified major bodily functions." I would think that as long as you have the prescription, you should be ok. Of course, any business can be jerks.
So, I really don't know what would happen. Just as I really don't know who is doing the testing, or what the business is, or when the test happened in relationship to what you took.
But with a positive screening won't showing them my rx for my adrall clear me or will they further investage the root of the amphetamine
The Concerta will show up for one to three days (in a urine test) depending on how fast you metabolize. However from what I have read, it will show up in the initial screening as a general amphetamine. After a positive initial screening, the sample will be further tested using a different methodology that will specify the type of amphetamine. Of course, if you have taken your generic version of adderall after the concerta for a couple of days. That should be what shows up.
But, I would think that as long as you have the prescription for the adderall, you should be ok.
