I have a few issues, some of which are-
depression
hypothyroid
ADHD
Desperately in search of reliable information on how to broaden my blood tests and include any other tests that would explain my resistance to Cytomel. Am currently trying 150 mcg because 100 isn't cutting it depression, weight and concentration wise.
I'd like to know exactly what endocrine systems of mine are failing me and get balanced somehow.
I'm on an exceptionally high dose of multiple meds that were working great the last few years, but I guess the degree of stress in my life the last few months is dragging me down and down.
Is it the Focalin tolerance I've built up? (60 mg XR daily... Is it my adrenals, cortisol. My doctor's aim is to lower all my meds, especially the Cytomel, my T3 is 4 times "average" which is one word that is the antithesis of my history.
I'm on Flouxetine 80 mg, Wellbutrin 120 mg, Buspar 400 mg, Focalin XR 60 mg, Cytomel 100 mg (until today it's increasing, much to the horror of my Doctor, who wil not let this crazy dosing continue. Where should I go, what can I do. It's taken 8 years of experimentation to create the cocktail that is my med regimen, which is the best it's been in my life after cessation of self-medicating with alcohol my whole adult life, which worked real well other than the drunk driving and falling down and passing out. I could get undpressed by extreme alcohol consumtion from the moment I awoke till I passed out.
I just feel like a mess, and am TERRIFIED of titrating my dosages because I don't want to live if I have to ever feel like I did at my darkest. I really can't go back there.
Any advice? I'm not really excited about broadcasting my problems, yet that's what my videos are about www.youtube.com/jjillby
Is anyone able to untangle this mess of symptoms?
