Epa and Dha????

I read in an ADHD magazine today that new studies say that a supplement that is higher in Eph than Dha seems to show more results. Has anyone else read about this?

That's good to know! the one I got yesterday is around 500mg with taking two a day. There were so many to chose from I had a hard time choosing one. I had actually never looked in Vitamin shoppe for the childrens omega-3 supplement.

You know thats funny I was in Sprouts today and I got the magazine 'Remedies 'that Sprouts produces they have a big article and it is all about the same, it states Try a blend of EPA and DHA at 250mgs for ages 3-6 and 500mgs 7-11 1000mgs for age 11 plus also stating that instead of reaching for Ritalin or prozac consider if they are getting enough magnesium.says the author of Magnesium Miracle" Carolyn Dean MD ND some interesting stuff that I am going to digest.
