Not metabolizing Vyvanse?

I'm taking Vyvanse and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't work at all. Sometimes I just want to sleep all day and never feel the effects of increased focus, motivation, interest, and energy. I'm on a low dose of 30 mg, but because I do feel the effects sometimes I'm wondering if it's a problem with my digestion at times and some inability to metabolize the vyvanse for it to work properly. I used to take adderall and never want to take it again; I'm hopeful I can benefit from this medication and I'm wondering if anyone has had similar experiences or can share any insights? Thank you!

I recommend that you always check with your prescribing doctor or a pharmacist before taking any supplements, since Vitamin C and citrus fruit juice can interfere with and/or prevent the breakdown of Vyvanse into its active form which can be used by your body.
