some one slipped addreall in my drink

what would happen if i dont take adderall and someone gave it to me after i had been drinking heavly

    Doubt if the adderall made you sick and black out - that was probably something else they put in.  But adderall will still show up on a drug test for awhile.

what would happen if you never have taken adderall and someone gives it to you while you were drinking jager bombs someone slipped me something and i blacked out and was extermly sick for a week went to hospital and it was still in my system

   Its a stimulant (unless you have ADHD), so its much like taking massive jolts of coffee.  You become a wide awake drunk (for a while).  And yes, you could drink way to much because of it.   The adderall should be out of your system in about 5 hours unless it was the extended variety - in which case it could take 8 hours.

Adderall is an anphetamine, and I was told that anphetamines, when taken while drinking, can increase your alcohol tolerance, allowing a person to drink more alcohol than they normally are. Heres where the danger comes into play. The individual doesnt feel the effects of the alcohol like they normally would, so they just keep drinking and drinking..almost as if they feel immune to the effects, it can lead to alcohol poisening.
My sister takes unprescribed anpetamines all the time just so she can drink more.
