ALS symptoms, please help!!

Hi, I'm a 24 year old male. I just quit smoking a little over a week ago and i also have anxiety. Last week my feet starting to feel funny as I was laying down. Like they were wanting to cramp. The next day while laying down they did start to cramp and the muscles almost twitch in a way. Now my hands are feeling the same way and they are really shaky. As I lay on my bed, my feet start cramping, my hands are shaky while using my phone, almost feels like I have less control over my fingers at times. My arm and shoulder muscles have been stiffening. I'm freaking out. Is this my anxiety or could this be the start of ALS??
