Do I have ALS?

I am a nervous wreck.

My symptoms started with headaches got a brain MRI and all was normal. The headaches eventually went away but now my symptoms are numb and tingling face (cheeks top of lip and  tip of nose) and a tingling tongue. Speech seems to be fine despite the tingling. I am also having muscle twitches all over my body randomly and sporadic. And I have random burning sensation across my skin also random and sporadic. Seeing a neuro tomorrow but am still generally worried for what is to come.

Can anyone help?
