HELP PLS pain and fasciculations

I am 26 year old male, i have fasciculations in both legs mainly thighs but recentlly spread to left shoulder and biceps and lower legs. I also have bad nerve pain in all parts of both legs which gets worse when i walk and slightly better with rest. My knees felt fine until recently the pain became bad and right side of right knee feels weak, not sure if its just stiff or weakness. What is this?? Is it MS, ALS, or what?? I havent seen anyone with these symptoms here.

Is there an EMG available ?

There is no real "pain" with als...just weakness and fasiculations.

Hi,
not sure if you are still around.  I read your post and it is very similar to my symptoms. I was surprised because I have yet to find anyone until now that has them! Have you found any information at all? Do you have any shortness of breath that started with the other symptoms?  I have  upper arm pain in both arms, thigh pain, then it moved to my forearms and calves.  I then started to have cramping and twitching in my leg pretty constantly. My pain get worse with use and feel better with rest also. My arms hurt if I raise them up, but feel okay when resting at my side...is your the same?  write back if your still around I would love to know if you have improved or gotten worse. Thanks
