I also had this problem before I had my surgery 6-10.  since the surgery I have had none of it.  So I am wondering if you have a pinched nerve some where.  I hope you find the answer's because it is very irriatating.

I've got the same thing tingling , numbiness ect.. There can be sooooo many reasons for that.. be blood sugar level , blood pressure , alot of things. I would see you local doctor to see if they can run a blood test see if are low on anything from potasium, iron , ect. I would start there b/c your body starts to wear down and do funky things when your body is lacking something it needs to live on!! Like for me my potasium levels are aways going low no matter how many bannanas i eat. And I'm also hypoglacemic ( low blood sugar )... But i also have heart problems!!!
