Not sure if just bfs twitching or something more
About a month ago this tiny spot on my lip started twitching periodically. Every time it twitched it would form a tiny dimple. I thought it was just benign twitching and ignored it. But I noticed recently that when I stress my lip muscle, I can see a dent(flat and kind of like a scar) at the exact same place and the exact same size as my twitching spot. Could this be muscle wasting?
