What is causing this pressure and pain in my cheeks and pains in the mouth

Two mouths ago my tongue became really sore, in fact my whole mouth felt as if it was burning. Then the muscles in my cheeks became really tight with a feeling of pressure on my face. I am also having a few issues swallowing and it feels as if there is a lump in my throats on the right side. I'm also getting spasms in my neck on both sides. Does anyone have any idea what is going on? Beginning to freak out so any help or advice would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
