Widespreread aching, muscle twitching, tight jaws and strange feeling in hands

I'm 63 and have not felt well for about 12 months or so but in the space of the last 6 months my legs ache all the time, my feet twitch and have nerve pain as do my hands and I am now finding it hard to control
My pinkie finger. my jaws as tight, especially around my cheekbones, and sometimes have a pulling pain in my face and my tongue feels sore and just wrong. I am getting more and more scared each day I have seen one neurologist who ordered a brain mri which he said was fine, I just don't know where to turn now. I feel weak but can still pick up quite heavy objects. I fear the worst - can anyone offer me advice? Thank you all.

integrative md's seem to be much more helpful.then traditional medicine wich does not search for the problem.osteopaths or integrative mds train alongside regular drs but also train in natural medicine for another ten years they have a greater understanding of the body because of their extensive training and use different techniques also new techniques  and old techniques wich were more revealing than some of the very inaccurate blood tests that are still relied onwich used to be used in conjuction .with old techniques like microscopy wich is much more revealing .you can see exactly what is in your blood under a microscope .
you may want to try a darkfield this is very good for spotting pathogens in the body and one of the only things that can effectivly show spirochettes in blood samples wich would show evidence of lyme or syphillis .they are both spirochettes.

but in the meanwhile you can do some things to lower anxiety and lessen your symptoms.eat antiviral ,antibacterial and antifungal foods.take svitamins specifically d3,with magnesium.also c,and zinc.drink loads of water this will help with pain or twitching due to dehydration .drs know this but will not volunteer this info .

lookup my posts and you can find all of my story and see if any of it seems similar to yours .yopu will be able to find supplements and foods that will help in my posts.i have to run now but i will be around  if you would like to discuss things maybe i can help you with some of your symptoms

Have a stool culture performed to rule out any parasites and infection.  Have you been on antibiotics prior to these symptoms beginning? How is your stomach intestine and bowel feeling / performing.
