What to do with a 7 year old kid who watch porn?

My little cousin is 7 years old. His dad is veryyyy strict and very abusive towards him, his 12 year old sister and his wife. He's both mentally and physically abusive. I'm going to the main topic so, this 7 years old kid, I caught him watching porn several times, and the history on his tablet is just full of inappropriate videos and images. He makes inappropriate moves with his sis or any other female when no one is around. His sister went to me and cried because he was asking her to remove her top. He always get off his pants and just makes a very disgusting moves, he asked my sister when she will be getting her top off, he always opens the door on his sister whenever she's showring or changing her clothes. His dad once caught him watching inappropriate videos but as I said, he's really abusive, he wouldn't let him go to school for 2 weeks, locked his room, gives him his food to his room and won't let him out only if he wants to use the bathroom. But then after a while, he started with this weird behavior again. I don't want to tell his dad because good things wont happen to this little kid, I mean he hits him with a huge stick when he makes something wrong, and he makes so much things that are scary. I told his mom, she told him and explained to him that this is inappropriate for his age and are bad forr him. But he still wwon't listen. I don't know what to do, and I'm shocked that how would a 7 year old kid knows about porn and things kids shouldn't know about, I guess kid aren't innocent anymore these days. Any advice?

That's a sign that child was rape and force to watch porno. Just think about it. That's all that sign he's being abused, watching porno videos, and to be only 7 years old coming at his sister sexual. Someone needs to call child protective services. On them parents cause that's pretty messed up.

You should definitely call child protective services ASAP. This kid is lashing out. Are you sure he is only being physically abused? Gotta ask yourself how he even knows about sex in the first place. Porn at 7 yards of age is not ok and will most likely lead him to have a very perverse mind.

In cases of abuse like that,  children react in different ways.  It's highly possible his interest in porn and sexual relationships is a result of his abuse.

Are you in the US?  You need to call CPS.  Locking a child in a room for 2 weeks (which, if you're correct,  would be very easy to confirm with a school absence of 2 weeks) will get their attention,  as well as hitting him with a large stick.

Hey. I found myself in a very similar situation. My little cousin was six when I found out he was watching porn. He had been on my ytube account watching it. And later when I got these weird recommendations I checked my history and lo and behold I saw it. To confirm my validity I went on his iPad and checked his history and he was searching inappropriate things. I didn't want to tell his mum or mine bc being muslim and African I was scared of how they was going to react. I panicked and didn't even tell him off. I think next I see him I'll speak with him in private. That's the best thing u have to do. Because children that age are curious and sensitive. So just tell him what he's doing is wrong.
His dad told the school that they are travelling, I've never seen him hitting him on the face, but he does on the body.
