Acne on back with blister

I have moderate acne on my back but have noticed I have a type of blister on my back. Approximately 4mm diameter, feels like a liquid is inside and has a scabby surface. Currently had it for about 2 weeks ( I think). Sudacrem has made it smaller and shrunk the liquid bubble.

Worried it's skin cancer or something? But my back doesn't see much sun hence the acne. Is there such thing as a blister type of acne?

Hi, Thanks for your query.

As per your description, it seems you are having some blister may be insect bite or boil.
Just to relieve from your doubt if it is still persisting after treatment, do skin biopsy.
Your doubt will be cleared
