I never really have to much skin problems I just occasionally get pimples on my chin of middle of my forehead, so it is very strange that I have this pimple on my cheek. This pimple is one that doesn't have a head and is rounded over it, almost like it is underneath, but it is very red and hard to cover. I have had it for 3 days. My current skincare routine is to wash with the Aveeno facial foaming wash and I am also prescribed Clindamycin Phosphate Pledgets and Epiduo cream which I have been using. I also tried using a face mask and steaming my face over a hot bowl of water to open pores and using a hot compress. Nothing is working! please help
