How can I speed up the healing process of this unusual acne scar on the nose?

I have squeezed some blackheads on my nose. My nose was previously smooth and straight. Now it is bumpy and the scars are taking a while to heal. I feel very self conscious about it. What sort of treatment would be recommended? The nose has no significantly noticeable scars, but the shape has gone from straight to a ski jumped sort of nose. Being young and vain, I am anxious to heal this minor scar so I can feel confident again. I rely on my face for my confidence - isn't it sad? Any recommendations on how I can treat this scar - a sort of narrow and shallow indentation down the centre-  would be most appreciated
