I have acne vulgaris

My dermatologist recommended me to use cindamicin phosphate at 7.00 am, metronidazole gel USP at 3.00pm and the mixture of tretin A and benzoyl peroxide at night .  How long will it take to see an improvement?
Are those combinations safe to use?
It's been almost 2 months and can't see big improvement

We often forget how important our skin is for our health. Clear skin is a reliable indicator of our overall level of health and well-being.
Being the largest organ, it provides an immediate barrier between the internal tissues and the environment. It protects the body from the effects of temperature and chemical and microbial attack. At the same time as preventing harmful substances from entering the body, the skin also transports out what what the body does not need any more.
Recent research shows a clear association between gut problems and skin disorders.
In your case the skin does not even react to mediation to easen up the symptoms which makes it even harder to fight the rootcause! I found that holsitic and natural treatments helped almost with no exception...and no side effects!
