Redness on certain areas of face.. bumpy but not acne?

For as long as I can remember, I have had these patches of redness on my face. There's two patches, on the area of skin right next to my nose (about where my cheekbone ends) one on my chin, and a little one in between my eyebrows. It is red, and contains small bumps clustered together, but as far as I know it is not acne. It can't be popped, but it does feel slightly raised. It is not dry skin, because I apply moisturizer daily, and not roseca. But it is just one of those things, that if I don't have it covered up it is super noticeable and I'm very self conscious about it. I've tried anti - redness masks, exfoliaters, and keep a generally good skin care routine that I follow every night before bed. Anyone have any ideas? I wish I could post a picture! Thank you :)

Also would like to add that I never really have/had problematic skin. The only time I really ever break out will be before/during a cycle due to hormones.
