Wish I could post a picture, but I have this large red bump on my groin area. It's extremely tender and hurts when my jeans or anything rubs against it. It does not have a white head, or any head at all actually. Because it appeared not too long after I shaved, i figure it's an ingrown hair. But it's been here for a few weeks now, so I'm concerned it's something different. Any idea what else it could be? I'm thinking a large pimple or bug bite?
