Lazy pore??

I have what my dermatologist calls a lazy pore on my cheek about 2 inches below the center of my eye.  She said I'll have it for the rest of my life if I don't have surgery to remove it, which would leave a scar on my face.  It's quite a large bump (about the size of a dime) and is ruining my life.  I can't seem to find anything on line about a 'lazy pore'.  Do you have any info/advice for me??  Thanks so much.

you can try dr. blandy pore minimizer, many people have tried it and it works.
