Occasional non itchy red bumps* allergy, stress or something else?? *
Non itchy red spots or red bumps that keep appearing.
It's been over three weeks now.
Mostly on my arms (forearm region) and sometimes face and neck region.
Initially appears flat that slight raised, and they're painful when pressed.
I was diagnosed with allergic rhinitis two months back. And I was taking nasal spray and tablets?
And i have been really stressed out for over three months now?
Really scared about this.
*Please help *
