yep.  I just sent you an email......im about 21 hours since last vike.   I am feeling ok wd wise but this fricking surgery pain is stll there but not to bad today so far.    My mind says pain = pain med but the truth is, when my pain wants to express itself the vikes were not holding it back anyway.   Im feeling very strong in my resolve to stay vike free!!!  Im happy about that today (-:

Wow.   I slept through it to.   I was out by 2 AM and up at 9.   Im glad you are feeling well enough to go run errands!  That is awesome!   Have a great day hun!

I am out here Shelby! If I can be of some help. I'm so proud of you for searching out a doctor. Maybe the others will follow along.I think when the pills get out of controll and you are addicted to opiates, Suboxin is a good option. I think you are setting a good example for our friends.

I miss you too honey.  I am looking for sub docs but still only the one.  I will keep trying and then I am on to addiction specialists.  

Can you take something for the energy - maybe coffee or coke - lots of it? lol  Are you taking your vitamins?

Will you be around later and tomorrow - I think I am going to need you.

lol - Mar you are too funny.  I would sleep through that too.  It took a 6 to get me out of bed when I lived there!  I remember northridge like it was yesterday though - thought for sure I was a goner.  Glad it wasn't too bad sweetie!
